We are able to offer a full outsource service or can assume responsibility for specific strategic areas of the run-off. Strategic initiatives have included, for example, responsibility for exiting the inwards book of business, and full management of the reinsurance billing and recovery process.

Our fee structure reflects our commitment to service and results; on most occasions GRC will charge fees on a contingent basis where we only receive payment based on the value of the recovery or commutation achieved.
